Teaching yoga since 2017 and currently practicing as a licensed therapist, I am passionate about bringing mindfulness, movement, and emotional regulation together. While I love working with all demographics, teaching school-aged children holds a special place in my heart. Kids often aren't given the tools or awareness to connect their inner world with their physical selves. My practice helps young movers tune into their mind, body, energy, emotions, and social connections—building self-awareness that lasts a lifetime.

Chase is my loving, fun, crafty, kind, foodie, and sometimes snarky 8-year-old son. He is my inspiration and journey into the practice of yoga and gentle parenting. Sometimes you may see him in class being one of the best little helpers and co-facilitators.
Charis is the wildflower of the team and reminds us to connect with our inner child as much as possible. She is a leader, nuturing, an artist, and a lot of fun. Like her brother, she is my inspiration and journey into the practice of yoga and gentle parenting (which is hard with a Wild Flower lol) . You will see her often in classes particpating or facilitating.
